If you believe that a competition result, match outcome, or athlete record displayed on the platform is incorrect, you may submit a correction request using the information below.
1. What Can Be Reported
You may report:
- Incorrect match results
- Wrong winner or score
- Missing matches or results
- Incorrect athlete assignment
- Incorrect weight category or division
- Duplicate or inconsistent records
2. How to Submit a Report
Please send your report to:

3. Required Information
To process your request efficiently, please include:
- Athlete name(s) involved
- Event name
- Weight category / division
- Match round (if known)
- Description of the issue
- Correct information (if available)
4. Supporting Evidence
Where possible, please attach:
- Official result documents (PDF, brackets, etc.)
- Screenshots from official sources
- Links to verified competition pages
Reports without sufficient evidence may take longer to review.
5. Review Process
All submissions are reviewed carefully. Depending on the case:
- Corrections may be applied if verified
- Additional verification may be required
- Some cases may require confirmation from official organizers or governing bodies
6. Limitations
TTV does not independently alter official competition records without verification.
Requests to:
- Remove accurate results
- Change official outcomes without proof
- Modify historical records without justification
Will not be accepted.
